Notes:

1. The soldermask Gerber data is 1:1 scale. Adjust the soldermask size
to your specific manufacturing tolerances while maintaining maximum web.

2. Compare the provided IPC-D-356 netlist with the Gerber generated netlist 
as a verification check for possible connectivity errors.

3. Regardless of CAD data vendor to insure the all vias under BGA are covered with soldermask.
Vendor may encroach vias to preclude entrapment.
